I am left feeling unsure of whether I can do this prompt justice with words. Maybe they will come later? So for Sunday Scribblings this week I offer an image.
Here I feel free. I appreciate living so close to such a beautiful beach.
poetic moments --- everyday moments --- reflections on life --- sharing discoveries
Oh, I know this feeling. I used to live near the shore of Lake Michigan and would escape there whenever possible. I was always intrigued by the emotions I found portrayed by the ever changing water and sky. It can be hypnotizing, but I found it a refuge and an inspiration. Thank you for the photo,

The sea, the sky and the sand to wriggle your toes in. That is true freedom.

What a great view and expanse to live by!
ReplyDeleteLucky you! I used to live by the sea but now live about as far away as you can get in the UK. We keep a boat on the coast though and are going there for the weekend - can't wait!
