Starting Right now
It is time to begin
Preparation time is over and now
There is nothing left to do
But to begin. To start. To go.
Am I ready? Or not?
No turning back now
On your marks
Get set and
Go...
Leaving safety and moving forwards
Leaping and flying, soaring towards
Another safe landing
Where the climb to the
Next start begins.

This blog begins now. For quite a while I have thought about beginning a blog. I have wondered what I would write about and what form it would take. I am still wondering about that quite a lot but if I keep thinking about it too much and wanting it to be just perfect then it won't ever actually happen. So I am just starting. My main idea is to share some of my art and writing more than I am currently doing. Maybe I will look back with embarrassment or maybe I will be happy with how this blog started but the important thing right now is that I am actually starting. I wrote this poem a few months ago as my life currently seems to be filled with many beginnings. I think that writing this blog will add even more. I am looking forward to that!
